Who Runs the Michigan Street Project?

Reel Deal Seafood, LLC dba Custom Crab owns and manages the Michigan Street Project. 30-year seafood industry vets Patrick Price and Suzanne Price drive the project. They have assembled a management team with experience in seafood sales, processing and logistics.

The Michigan Street Project achieves investor funding through the EB5 Program and is part of the EB5 Affiliate Network Rainier Valley Regional Center (ID1429351930).
 

What is the EB5 Program?

The EB5 Program, or employment-based fifth preference visa program, allows foreign investors and certain direct family members the opportunity to obtain Green Cards and a path to US citizenship by investing in job-generating projects based in the United States. Investors must meet certain criteria in order to obtain the EB-5 visa.

Congress created the program through the Immigration Act of 1990, and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) administers it.
